Mahalaxmi Dum Biryani Masala
1.Heat pressure cooker add 5 tbsp(75g) oil and 1 big round chopped onion and fry it becomes red in colour.Add upper made marinated mutton, cook on medium flame uo tp 2-3
minutes and 1 cup (100ml) of water in it.Add salt as per taste. Stir it and cook upto 4-5 whistle of pressure cooker, cook mutton well.
2.Take a big vessel add upper cooked mutton and then put the layer of 90% cooked rice oon it.
Sprinkle casew nut, fried onion, mint and coriander leaves, Pour 4-5 tbsp ghee.Slow down the flame heat and place this vessel on a hot tawa, cover the pot and keep heavy thing on it so that steam and aroma will not come out. cook biryani uo to 10-15 minutes on low flame heat, and serve hot.
