Mahalaxmi Handi Masala
1.Heat oil and butter in Clay PoUCopper Bottom Handi, in that put finely chopped onion and fry till it becomes brown in colour.
2.Add Ginger-garlic Paste and finely chopped tomatoes and fry till oil oozes out.
3.Add above made masala paste and stir for 1-2 minutes, simmer on medium flame.
4.Put 2 cups (200ml) of water, add salt for taste, and simmer on medium flame.
5.Stir frequently till required consistency and if required add hot water upto how much thick the gravy want.
6.Put 2 tbsp butter and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves, and serve hot.
