Mahalaxmi Pandhara Rassa Masala
1.Take 500 gm chicken pieces; Boil them with 1 tbsp of salt in 6-8 cups of water.
Separate the chicken pieces and the stock (liquid).
2.Prepare a fine paste of one coconut kernel in 2 glass of hot water in the mixer grinder.Extract coconut Milk by squeezing the paste in a cotton cloth.
3.Add the coconut milk and 50 gm of Mahalaxmi Pandhara Rassa Masala.
4.Heat 2-3 tbsp oil and add to it, 4 black peppers, 3 cloves, 2 half inch pieces of cinnamon, 2-3 green chillies and souter well till you get aroma. Pour chicken stock & Masala mixed coconut milk.
5.Boil by stirring continously, while stirring you can make it thicker or thinner by adding water, Add salt to taste.
