Mahalaxmi Misal Masala
1.Kolhapuri Misal (for 10 plates) Cook 4 potatoes and cut in cubes. To make sprouted “matki”:- Add Season cumin & mustard in oil & add one finely
chopped onion, fry it till brown and; add sprouted matkies, fry well. Add 50 gm, Mahalaxmi Misal Masala and fry well. Add 1.5 ltr water & salt and boil it.
To prepare the dish:- Firstly put some potatoes cubes add 2 spoons of cooked mustard (Matki) in a bowl, Add small sev, chivada/Farsan as
per taste and liqiud curry (Rassa) on it. Garnish it with onion, fresh coriander leaves and grated coconut and serve it with lemon piece and bread. (You can even add curd as per taste)
