Mahalaxmi Palak Paneer Masala
1.Heat oil(50g)in a pan, add copped onion paste and saute till it becomes golden brown in colour, add tomato puree and cok on low flame cook till oil oozes out.
2.Add upper made masala paste and cook for 1-2 min.
3.Add palak paneer paste and cook for low flame for 4-5 min.
4.Add 1/2 cups (100 ml) of water, and paneer & cook till gravy thickens.
5.Garnish with fresh cream & butter serve hot.
