Mahalaxmi Kaju Curry Masala
1.Heat oil in a pan, add onion paste and fry till it becomes golden brown in colour, add tomato puree and on low flame cook till oil oozes out.
2.Add upper made masala paste and cook for 2-3 min, add cashew nuts and cook for 1-2 min more.
3.Add 2 cups (200 ml) of water, let cachew cook well and cook till gravy thickens.
4.Garnish with Chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
