Mahalaxmi Akkha Masoor Masala
1.Heat Butter in a pan, add 1 tbsp jeera, tomato puree and cook till the ghee cozes out.
2.Add paste and cook for 2-3 minutes,
3.Add cooked Masoor, 1/2 cup water (100 ml) and cook till dal thickens( if Gravy is too thick add some hot water to get the right cosistency.) & add salt as per taste.
4.Granish Fresh Cream coriander leaves and serve hot.
